Okay, so over at Sophisique Noir, she presented her followers with this months theme: Boots.
Personally, I own a LOT of boots.
Therefore, this will be very picture heavy, and full of love.
So let's get on with it then!
*Black Doc Martens
These are my black docs, they are actually two sizes too big, but I wear multiple pairs of socks to accommodate the size difference.
*Electric Blue Doc Martens
I bought these not too long ago, after I saw how deeply beautiful the color is! They are actually a color that is no longer manufactured and therefore, I found them on the thrift epicenter otherwise known as eBay.
*Witchy Ankle Booties
These little gems I found at a Goodwill not too long ago! I love how they have an old almost pilgrim-esque witchy-ness to them! Not to mention, how could you pass up a bootie that looks this awesome for less than $5?!
*Knock-off Winkle Pickers
These I wear the absolute MOST. I found them in the clearance area of a local Target, a department store here in the states, for 25$. What's even better, is that I always wanted a pair of Winkle Pickers, but couldn't afford the shipping from the UK. You can see that they have a lot of signs of wear, and i'm currently eyeing a pair that are from the same brand on eBay. I love these too much to NOT own multiple pairs. I mean look at them! They scream post-punk/deathrock goodness.
*Victorian Inspired Button Slouch Boots
I bought these from Zappos.com much earlier this year. I was on a search for knee high Slouch style boots, but couldn't wrap my head around ones that were plain, and otherwise not embellished. Why wouldn't you put buttons, zippers, buckles etc. on this style of boot?!
As I said, I have an obvious love of boots of varying styles and sizes.
This post just makes me want to buy more boots.
*Sets off on eBay*
